Wagglers worked well

even if the fish did not want to play ball during yesterdays club match, 04-12-2 16

I started with the new 3bb Straight Waggler who’s tip was easy to spot in the bright sunshine reflected on the icy lake and in the shadier ares during the day. Likewise the 2aaa Weighted Waggler did the same.

No fish even nibbled my bait, or my fellow anglers, 5 in total, as i have decided for me, that fishing frozen lakes is not a good move to actually catch fish.

The next match on Wednesday at the same venue proves to be much much warmer so hopefully my report back on the reed float performance will be more meaning full but the setup and casting was really nice.

Wishing you tight lines
